Project scope：

• Design and preparation of engineering calculations in accordance with the applicable requirements and regulations for fuel oil storage facilities.

• Preparation and submission of the Fuel Oil Storage Facility License Application to the Department of Energy Business (DOEB), covering Stage 1 and Stage 2 through to obtaining the final operating license.

• Construction of the Diesel Generator System, Fuel Oil Control System, Fuel Oil Piping System, and Automatic Fuel Oil Control System.

• Procurement, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and adjustment of equipment and materials related to the fuel oil system.
